VeggieVanGo

On the second Wednesday of every month, Vermont Foodbank’s VeggieVanGo parks at the Woodstock Union High School and Middle School to ditribute free fresh produce and proteins. Mark your calendars: February 8, March 8 , April 12, May 10, and June 14.

Breakfast Offerings

For the 2022-2023 school year, all students may access one free breakfast at school each day. Student meal accounts are not charged. Grab-and-Go breakfast is available at designated breakfast sites within each school. Breakfast is taken back to the classroom to eat. No ordering needed.

Lunch Offerings

For the 2022-2023 school year, all students may access one free lunch at school each day. Student meal accounts are not charged.

Elementary Schools

At our elementary schools, students order lunch during morning meetings. They place their order each morning for the kitchen to prepare. The kitchen prepares the meals and either delivers to the classrooms or students will pick up the meals during lunch time.

Middle School/High School

Students may visit the cafeteria during their lunch time to pick up a meal to bring back to the designated lunch classroom.

Students will need to learn their four digit lunch number (or PIN #) to input into the register for each meal. Accounts will not be charged, however the meal needs to match a student ID number this year.

Free and Reduced Meals Applications

While meals are free this year, the district needs to continue to collect Free & Reduced VT Meal Applications. Filling out the Free & Reduced Meal Application helps our district receive funding for many other programs and helps you receive other assistance. You may apply at any time during the school year if your family income status changes. Please fill out the application for Free & Reduced School Meals and return to your school's administrative assistant. If you need assistance with the application, please let us know how we can help.
